Processing Times
All orders are hand-packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During restocks, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship orders from Baton Rouge, Louisiana using USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after they’ve been shipped.
If you’re local, you may also see pickup or delivery options available at checkout when applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey until it arrives safely at your door.
Shipping Delays
Please note that we’re not responsible for carrier delays once your order leaves our hands. If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We’ll always do our best to help, but unfortunately we can’t control shipping times once the order is in transit.
Incorrect Addresses or Returned Packages
Please double-check your address before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Currently Shipping Within the U.S. Only
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon!
